Blair has over 19 years' direct property experience, the majority being in the real estate development and investment industry. His principal responsibilities at GMPG are guiding the investment acquisition strategy, sourcing and delivering new investment projects, leading the capital raising for the group and assuming carriage of the industrial arm of the business.
Prior to co-founding GMPG, Blair worked in acquisition, development management, syndication, board and managing director roles within family offices. Over the past 15 years Blair has completed over $300m of acquisitions and divestments of commercial/industrial assets. Blair holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Property), and an Applied Finance Diploma. Blair is responsible manager of AFSL No 425398.
Simon has 19 years' direct property experience, the majority being in the real estate development and investment industry. His principal responsibilities at GMPG are guiding the development acquisition strategy, delivering development projects, financial management of the group and assuming carriage of the development arm of the business.
Prior to co-founding GMPG, Simon worked initially in commercial agency and valuations, leading to a career focus on acquisition, development and board roles within a family office. Simon’s experience includes consulting to leading development companies and private syndicates requiring specialist knowledge and assistance in delivering development projects. Gross value of completed projects to date is circa $350m. Simon holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Property), and an Applied Finance Diploma. He was a Licenced Valuer and holds a real estate triennial license and is a responsible manager of AFSL No 425398.
Duncan has over 14 years' direct property and finance experience. His principal responsibilities at GMPG include strategic planning and growth of the property management division as well as asset management functions including investor distributions, managing capital works programs and liaison with financiers. Having driven major leasing campaigns across the GM Syndication portfolio, he understands that proactive property management is a key to achieving exceptional outcomes. He has worked across a broad spectrum of asset classes across Australia and is focused on establishing key stakeholder relationships and driving property performance.
Terri has over 17 years' direct property experience, the majority being in the property and funds management industry. Terri joined GMPG in September 2015 and her principle responsibilities are growing the property management portfolio and assuming carriage of the property and asset management arm of the business (Melbourne and Brisbane).
Before joining GM Property Group, Terri worked at DEXUS Property Group, where she focused on capital and risk management, providing service excellence to her tenants and delivering superior returns for investors. Major tenants she was responsible for included Coles, Visy, Toll, Target, Myer, Fonterra and Jemena.
Lachlan has 17 years' direct property experience, the majority revolving around development and project management, valuation, acquisitions, sales and leasing. His principle responsibilities at GMPG are all facets relating to delivering development projects. Lachlan is experienced in the management and delivery of both built form developments and land subdivisions with competencies including due diligence, re-zoning processes, construction, marketing and sales.
Julia has over 10 years' direct property experience, with a focus on residential property management to start with. Julia joined GM Property Group in 2014 and since then is involved in the day-to-day management of the WA portfolio including tenant, contractor and client liaison as well as administrative and accounting functions. In addition, she is also involved in the broader GMPG business, assisting with company administration and investor communication. Julia is focused to task, efficient and has exemplary communication skills.
Vanessa has over 19 years direct property experience, the majority revolving around on the management of large shopping centres including Carillon City and Claremont Quarter. She also assisted with the suburban retail portfolio which included neighbourhood centres. Vanessa joined GM Property Group as a Property Manager in 2019, working closely together with Julia Flood overlooking the WA portfolio. Her role includes liaising with tenants, contractors and owners, along with general day-to-day administration tasks.
Olivia has over 10 years’ experience in the property industry. Olivia joined GMPG in March 2017 and has a strong legal and facilities background. Olivia is involved in the day to day management of the portfolio mainly focusing on administrative and accounting functions. Olivia prides herself on providing excellent customer service whilst liaising with tenants, contractors and clients.
Prior to joining GM Property Group, Olivia worked at DEXUS Property Group and CB Richard Ellis. Olivia is based in Sydney.
Susan has been working as a bookkeeper and finance controller for over 20 years. She joined the GM Team in November 2017 and is in charge of managing all GM accounts as well as helping with company administrative tasks.
Susan has been in the property industry for over 20 years. In that time, she has gained experience in many facets of the industry including Residential, Rural, Development and Commercial. She has worked closely with teams across Asset Management Services, Valuations & Advisory, Project Management and Tenant Representation.
Susan joined the GM Property Group Asset Management team in 2021 and works to assist Julia, Vanessa and Cassie in the role of Property Administrator for the WA portfolio. In addition to this, she also works as a Project Officer for the Development team.
Prior to joining the team at GMPG, Susan worked for Knight Frank Australia and Saracen Properties Pty Ltd.
Cassie has over 10 years’ direct Commercial property experience, starting her career in Strata Management. Since transitioning to Commercial Property Management, Cassie has gained experience across Office, Industrial and Retail properties.
Cassie joined GM Property Group at the start of 2023 and is working closely with both Julia and Vanessa overlooking the WA portfolio. She is involved in the day to day management of properties, liaising with owners, tenants and contractors.
Prior to joining GM Property Group, Cassie worked at MLV Commercial & Industrial Real Estate and Realmark Real Estate.
